Mr. Dayle de Souza, youngest son of Late Mr. William de Souza, is the Joint Managing Director of Writer Business Services. He started his career as a supervisor in the year 2000 and evolved to managing and leading various functional areas of the business. He spent the early years in the Information Management business under the guidance of Mr. Denzil de Souza. In his current role, Mr. Dayle de Souza leads the Relocation, Information Management and Cash Management businesses apart from the Group functions namely Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, Brand and Centre of Excellence (COE).
Mr. Yazdi Desai joined Writer Corporation as an Accounts Assistant in the year 1984. His previous experience includes working with A.F. Ferguson & Co, Chartered Accountants. While Legal, Taxation and Corporate Governance are presently Mr. Desai’s prime responsibilities, he has been actively involved in every area of the Writer group, and has led Finance and Administration in his previous roles. Mr. Yazdi Desai is a Trustee of Kripa Foundation, a registered Trust devoted to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts. He is also the Chairman of the Bombay Parsi Panchayat, the apex body of Parsi Irani Zoroastrians in India, which controls and manages assets worth more than USD 15 Billion. Over the years, Mr. Yazdi Desai has developed rich insights into human behaviour, which has greatly helped him to contribute to the growth of Writer .
